Keep That Power!
It's an unfortunate reality that many of us often don't realize how powerful we are. Instead of focusing on the positive side of ourselves and developing that, we often do things which diminish our power and lead us to emptier and less fulfilling lives.
For instance, people who don't exercise their bodies, eat junk food, or who become addicted to negative habits or substances greatly damage the power of their bodies.

A person who fails to use or to develop his mind limits how much of the world and universe he's able to understand or even think about. Because of a disappointment earlier in life, some try to avoid being hurt again by cutting off or ignoring feelings, but later find their ability to feel at all is very undeveloped. Those who don't challenge their limitations never find out how far they could have gone or how much could have been accomplished

It's interesting to note that ordinary people who followed their consciences often had great impact on the world. When we act for the public good beyond self-interest, we can exert a kind of "moral power" to bring about changes for good.
